No repertoire changes are allowed after registration.

By participating in or attending Sempre Musick events:
• You give permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials, in any manner of media, without compensation to you.
• You waive the right to inspect or approve the images, printed, or electronic matter that may be used with them.

By selecting this checkbox, you confirm that:
• You are of legal age and are authorized to enter into a binding agreement for yourself or on behalf of any minor participants for whom you are submitting this form.
• I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the event rules on behalf of the participant.
• I also agree that by submitting this form, I am signing it electronically and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, as the legal equivalent of my handwritten signature on a printed document.
• I agree not to contest the admissibility or enforceable of Sempre Musick’s electronically stored copy of this Consent or any other Competition documents.
